The Ohio Spring burn ban runs from March 1 to May 31, daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. ban is crucial due to dry grass, low humidity, and high winds that can lead to rapid fire spread. During this period, activities like burning brush, leaves, waste, trash, and open burning fires are prohibited to ensure community safety.
